Signed evidence and limitations
Signed evidence binds the immutable policy version to the release manifest. Generic scoring levels and Modifiers describe the public scoring geometry; they are not task-specific answers.
Limitations
Qualification is release-specific. It does not promise that a fresh judge call will reproduce a stored outcome or establish statistical repeatability.
