Vercel Inc. hosts and delivers this static website. When your browser requests a page, normal requests may include your IP address, request time, requested path, referrer, user-agent, and comparable HTTP metadata.

We process this data to deliver the website, maintain its stability, prevent abuse, and protect its security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure publication of the benchmark.

The current Vercel Pro runtime-log access window is one day. Other Vercel platform, security, build, and service data may be retained separately under the applicable Vercel terms.

The only active analytics integration is Vercel Web Analytics. It provides aggregate page views and information such as the requested path, referrer, coarse location, device type, operating system, and browser. It does not use cookies.

A request-based visitor hash expires after 24 hours. It is not used for cross-day or cross-site tracking.

We use these aggregate measurements to understand reach and improve how visitors discover and use the published pages. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is improving discovery and page usage.

The current Vercel Pro reporting window is twelve months. Vercel may retain data longer under its applicable product terms.

We send no custom events, user IDs, form values, or benchmark query payloads to Web Analytics.

Vercel is a recipient of data as our hosting and analytics provider. Processing may take place in the United States and elsewhere worldwide.

International transfers are governed by the applicable Vercel Data Processing Addendum, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or required by law. The current product windows described above indicate the access and reporting periods available to us; they are not a promise that data is deleted from every Vercel system at the end of those windows. Separate Vercel retention obligations may apply under the relevant product terms.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under Article 21 GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
