These terms cover use of the public Kaelum Bench website, its benchmark results, evidence pages, and downloads.

Kaelum Bench publishes research and benchmark information. Nothing on this website is investment, financial, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Each result is bound to its published release, tasks, scoring method, model configuration, provider route, and execution conditions. A result does not guarantee future model behavior or fitness for a particular purpose.

You may quote, download, and reuse public results when you provide clear Kaelum Bench attribution.

Identify any modifications you make. Do not alter signed release identifiers or evidence and then present the modified material as authentic. Reuse must not imply an official partnership, approval, or endorsement that does not exist.

These terms grant permission only for material the operator is entitled to license. Rights in third-party names, trademarks, and model identifiers remain with their respective owners.

Published releases may be corrected or superseded prospectively, while historical signed releases remain identifiable. We do not promise continuous availability or that every page is error-free.

Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
